Hi, Welcome to Solo Passages…..I’m John Moon, voice and creator of Solo Passages, a podcast that will explore mindfulness, empathy, resilience, compassion and kindness and their relationship to our health.

I’ve always been curious about the connection between our emotions and if they affect our health and well-being. I’m generally aware of cortisol and oxytocin’s effect on our bodies from my work with service dogs at NEADS.org and veterans with PTSD, yet there’s so much more I want to learn.
